What a change, to find a company that cares. I visited the premises to see what they could supply me with as I have just had a wood burning stove fitted and needed some advice which they readily gave. My order Was delivered on time by a most helpful man who made sure I was satisfied with the delivery and where exactly I wanted it putting, as near to my log store as possible. Keep up the great service, you deserve to do well.

Dear all at South Yorkshire firewood, just about to receive my fourth delivery from you… Now that the weather has turned. I would just like to thank you for your professionalism, for your lovely telephone staff, for your quick delivery and for the great service I receive when my fuel is delivered. The lady that brings my logs is a credit to your company!!! She is so very thoughtful as to where to put them and even wraps them in film stop them getting wet should it start to rain. I am so pleased I discovered you on recommendation from my son. I would not go anywhere else now for my wood! I also live quite a bit away from you and yet you seem to deliver almost within 24 hours, in most cases. Absolutely fantastic!

We have just received our new order, a very full builders bag of kiln dried ash and birch which looks lovely. We also ordered six bags of kindling and they are each twice the size of the previous lot of kindling we had from you! So we feel we have had very good value for money. The only problem we have is where to put all the kindling. So we appreciate the courtesy of the 10% off this order and are very happy with your service. Best wishes Jeremy.

Well I think i waited long enough before giving a review. I ordered a bag to see what it was like, it arrived on time which was a bonus and at a respectable price. The wood itself burns like a dream, with others stuff we would go through nearly 10 logs a burn, but this wood burns long, slow and with a good deal of heat, maybe 4 logs for the same burn. My wife was well impressed and we will be ordering some more in the near future, thanks again legacy.

I ordered a bag of hardwood logs and two bags of kindling yesterday. I’ve just had a message from my husband who has received our first delivery from you today: “Excellent quality wood and they dropped it using a crane in a builder’s bag; so much better than what we’ve had from anywhere else before- top service!”. We haven’t used your services before and found your website through an internet search, we just wanted to say what great service and produce we've had from your company from the first phone call to Rebecca yesterday to the super-speedy delivery today. I can’t wait to get home from work and fire up the log burner now!

I ordered a large bag of kiln dried oak on Monday morning and was told the delivery would be at approximately 11:30 the next day. It actually arrived 15min early the delivery driver dropped the material where I asked and then helped me drop the bag in to my garage. When I placed the order, the lady was very polite, helpful and professional. All in all, a first-class service I will definitely be using you again.

Today we had two builders bags of logs and two bags of kindling delivered. It is to our first from you, but having discovered you, last time I placed an order I accidentally ordered from a different company thinking it was you. I felt I must write to say thank you. The logs are a good size, where some companies deliver huge pieces, far too big for a domestic burner. They smell divine and stack easily because they are reasonably uniform. They are, as I write, burning merrily. They arrive delivered by a delightful young woman, who manoeuvred them onto our drive with ease, well packaged and covered with plastic to protect them from the rain. And finally, when we got down to the bottom of the big bags. No dust, bits of rubbish and muck. Thank you, now we have stacked them, we are going to celebrate with fish and chips!
